Sobre o plano Ruby on Rails
O plano Ruby on Rails da Hostnet, apesar de ser shared hosting, possui servidores exclusivos. Isso quer dizer que sua aplicação Rails não compete com banco de dados, php etc. Nossos servidores Rails apenas rodam apache com passenger. Estamos há aproximadamente 2 meses e meio no ar sem um minuto de downtime.

Hi,
Passenger is an open source project, and even though I’m highly appreciative of any patches/discussions we’ve may have had with you, I think the last paragraph is very dodgy. Considering the high volume of communication we deal with on a daily basis, I’m afraid we can’t recall having worked closely with you guys, maybe you guys used a particular name we’re not aware of? In any case, I would kindly like to ask you to rephrase the last paragraph to reflect this.

Sorry if I expressed myself badly. I removed the part where I talked about Phusion. The Hostnet guy who worked with you is Andre Nathan, you can check his passenger fork here, I think you’ll remember about it.
I hope not to have caused any harm. We’ll keep working on the growth of the ruby in the world.
